A full Sales & Purchase agreement you can share with your bank or lawyer

Step 2: Secure Funding and Finalize the Deal
Once you’re ready to move ahead, you’ll sign the Agreement and have 10 working days to complete due diligence, arrange finance, and confirm you’re happy to proceed.
We’ll support you through:
Discussions with your bank or mortgage advisor
Legal review of the contract
Any multi-offer situations (where applicable)
Once confirmed, your property becomes unconditional—and officially yours.
Step 3: Watch Your Dream Build Unfold
As construction progresses, we’ll send you email updates at every key milestone.
When it’s safe to do so, we’ll invite you onsite for a walk-through to see the progress in person.
At handover, your new home will be:
- Completed
- Quality checked
- Ready for you to move in and start the next chapter
Once confirmed, your property becomes unconditional—and officially yours.
