Field Homes began in construction.
Founder Kevin has spent more than a decade in New Zealand’s building industry, working hands-on across every stage of the construction journey. Through years on site, he developed a strong belief that exceptional homes are about more than building alone. They are shaped by a careful balance of quality, thoughtful design, resource efficiency, and long-term value.
With this philosophy in mind, Field Homes was established in 2021 to create homes that bring together design excellence, build quality, and everyday practicality. From layout planning to material selection, every decision is guided by the needs of future homeowners, creating homes that are designed not only to look good, but to live well for years to come.

Field Homes specialises in residential development and construction, creating thoughtfully designed boutique communities within Auckland’s established neighbourhoods. By bringing development, design, and construction together under one roof, our integrated approach enables a more streamlined process, greater efficiency, and consistent quality from planning through to completion.
Alongside our own developments, we also partner with clients to deliver projects from concept design and construction management through to completion, providing an end-to-end service across every stage of the process.
